Mit welchen FlowGuard® Modellen ist die Dosiereinheit kompatibel?

Die Dosiereinheit funktioniert ausschließlich mit FlowGuard® FT401 (mit Impuls-/Schaltausgang) und FT410. Bei Einsatz mit FT410 ist ein abgesetztes Bedienteil erforderlich. Es ist jeweils eine gleichzeitige Bestellung von Batch und FlowGuard Voraussetzung.

Welcher Dosierbereich ist einstellbar?

Der Dosierbereich wird über Min/Max-Parameter konfiguriert und per Potentiometer eingestellt. Die genauen Werte sind abhängig von der jeweiligen Durchflussmesser-Konfiguration.

Wie erfolgt die Ventilsteuerung?

Über doppelte Relaisausgänge (2x 10A/230V AC) für redundante Sicherheit oder Steuerung von zwei separaten Ventilen.

Welche Kommunikationsschnittstellen sind verfügbar?

RS485 mit M-Bus-Protokoll nach EN 1434-3 oder ModBus RTU für nahtlose Integration in bestehende Automatisierungssysteme.

Ist die Einheit für Außenmontage geeignet?

Ja, Schutzart IP65 ermöglicht den Einsatz in industriellen Umgebungen. Betriebstemperatur: 5-55°C.

Wie erfolgt die Kalibrierung?

Nullpunktkalibrierung und Parametrierung über die drei internen Tasten nach Passwort-Eingabe (Standard: 0000).
