Immersion probe with a factory certificate according to EN 10204-2.2 and acceptance test certificate according to EN 10204-3.1
For 30 years we have been from Seikom Electronic with a TÜV-tested range of one of the leading providers for Innovative measurement and control technology. In addition to diving sensors, you can use your print measurement with us Pressure transmers design or with air quality sensors wherever it is required, the Measure air quality. You will also receive from us Heating, ventilation, climate-Devices and much more. A special feature is also our expertise in the area of Safety Integrity Level and Explosion Protection (ATEX). In this context you will find special in our product portfolio ATEX products for demanding environments.
With Seikom Electronic, our focus is not only on the technological reliability of our products, but also on the guarantee of the highest quality standards and standard compliance. We understand that in many industrial and HLK areas, certificates that provide evidence of product quality and conformity are essential.
If desired, we offer the factory certificate according to EN 10204-2.2 as well as the acceptance test certificate according to EN 10204-3.1 for free for our diving sensors and channel sensors:
Factory certificate according to EN 10204-2.2: We create the factory certificate 2.2 free of charge, in which we confirm the conformity of our products with the order. This includes a general declaration of agreement based on non -specific exams and ensures that our diving sensors and canal sensors are manufactured according to the normative and technical standards.
Acceptance test certificate according to EN 10204-3.1: One step further the acceptance test certificate 3.1. This documentation is also offered free of charge and proves the product conformity based on specific exams, which are carried out by an independent, authorized specialist staff. It includes detailed test results, such as the chemical composition, physical properties and, if necessary, the heat treatment state of the material. This certificate represents a higher level of detail and therefore promotes additional trust in the precision and reliability of our temperature sensors.
The provision of these certificates reflects our commitment to quality, transparency and customer satisfaction. They also serve to comply with industrial standards and facilitate the quality check and process integration in your company. Our team will be happy to support you for project inquiries and ensure that you receive all the necessary documents to ensure the compliance and traceability of your measurement technology.
What does a diving sensor all allow?
A diving sensor we assigned to the temperature sensors and with a special connection head ensures that temperatures in liquids, gases or bulk goods can be easily measured. In contrast to feelers that grasp temperatures from the outside, diving sensors are developed so that they can be fully introduced and installed inside a container, tube or another environment. The aforementioned connection head or the robust housing are characteristic of diving sensors and canal sensors so that it can withstand everyone liquid or gaseous media.
How does a diving sensor work?
In order to measure the temperature, a diving sensor is inserted directly into the medium. The built -in sensor elements react to temperature changes. Most of them are thermo elements, resistance temperature detectors or semiconductor sensors that are used for this. As soon as the temperature changes, the sensors react through a measurable change in a physical property, e.g. B. the electrical resistance or the generated voltage. If the temperature changes are recorded, the any signal is converted into an electrical signal and transferred to an evaluation unit. Depending on the type of diving sensor, these are analog or digital. This is followed by an analysis of the signal transmitted by the diving sensor by the evaluation unit, which converts the value into a temperature that you can now read on the display.
Important: In order for a diving sensor to provide precise results, you should always ensure proper assembly. The use of Dive sleeves in connection with a thermal paste. This creates an effective heat transfer between the medium and the diving sensor.
What are the advantages of diving sensors?
Decide on a diving sensor, benefit from several advantages that accompany you in the long term. One of the most significant is the high measurement accuracy of a very wide temperature spectrum due to the direct measurement in the medium itself. No other temperature sensor has this high level of effectiveness in the event of a rapid reaction time. Therefore, a diving sensor is the first choice when it comes to the exact monitoring of temperatures.
But the high temperature and pressure resistance as well as robustness due to the construction and material selection in diving sensors are more than impressive. There is nothing standing in the way of an application in ovens or metal processing.
The versatility of diving sensors, which are designed for both liquids as well as gases or bulk goods in different areas, is also impressive. The integration of diving sensors is associated with a few requirements, but can still be mastered quickly. The temperature sensors are also compatible with a variety of control and monitoring systems.
Advantages of invasive temperature measurement
Diving sensors and canal sensors are known for their direct and precise temperature recording. In contrast to non-invasive methods, these sensors allow direct measurement in the medium, which leads to reducing latency times and to higher precision. The robust construction enables reliable data to provide reliable data even under rough conditions.
Where are the areas of application of diving sensors?
Due to their all-rounder qualities, diving sensors in numerous environments and industries convince.
The areas of application of diving sensors and canal sensors in practice include exemplary:
- Temperature monitoring in industrial liquid tanks
- Measurement in cooling circuits, heat exchangers and heat pumps
- Control of temperatures in chemical process systems
- Monitoring of the temperature in the food industry (e.g. fermentation and fermentation processes)
- Temperature control in HLK water pipes, climate channel temperatures in ventilation systems and flow control in heating systems
- Temperature control in wastewater treatment plants
- Measurement in steam systems and boiler systems
- Regulation of process temperatures in food processing companies
- Temperature monitoring in pharmaceutical production processes
Available output signals
The right choice of the output signals is crucial for the integration of temperature sensors into complex control and regulation systems. At Seikom Electronic, we offer a variety of starting options to ensure maximum flexibility and compatibility for our customers.
Active diving sensors with analog signal
Active diving sensors are available with various analogue outputs and enable direct and seamless communication with control and monitoring systems. Due to your analog signals - typically standardized as 4-20 MA or 0-10 V - you provide a continuous signal that is proportional to the measured temperature. The advantage of 4-20 MA signals lies in its low susceptibility to interference over long distances, which is why it is preferably used in industry, while diving sensors with 0-10 V signal are often used in the building automation systems.
Diving sensor in the form of resistance cermometers
Our resistance thermometers are an excellent choice for applications that require particularly high measurement accuracy. These sensors use the linear connection between temperature and electrical resistance of selected materials such as platinum. PT100 sensors who have a resistance of 100 ohms at 0 ° C, and PT1000 sensors, with 1000 ohms at 0 ° C, belong to this category and are extremely popular due to their precision and stability. They can be used in two, three or four-conducting circuits, whereby the three- and four-conductor technology further increases the accuracy by compensating for line resistance.
Digital outputs and bus-compatible diving sensors
In addition to analog outputs, our range also contains diving sensors with digital output signals, such as via Modbus. In addition to the pure temperature transmission, these offer further functionalities such as device diagnosis and configuration via remote access. The integration into a bus system enables central recording and control of different sensors and thus simplifies the monitoring of complex systems.
Optimal installation conditions
In order to ensure the accuracy and longevity of your diving and channel temperature sensor, an appropriate installation is crucial. The use of diving sleeves in conjunction with thermal paste supports the effective heat transfer between the medium and the sensor. The diving sleeve serves as a protective barrier that protects the sensor from corrosive or abrasive influences, while the thermal passports ensure minimal heat resistance. Appropriate insulation of the diving sleeve can also shield the measurement from external temperature influences.
Whether in energy generation, food production or in the HLK area-the various output signals of our diving sensors and canal sensors ensure that you can optimally integrate the monitoring and control of your temperature measurements into your system.
