Was zeichnet den NLSW45-3 Ex SIL1 besonders aus?

Das Gerät ist eigensicher, für ATEX-Zone 1, 2 zugelassen, mit Safety Integrity Level 1 (SIL1, exida-geprüft) und kommt inklusive 2 geprüfter Zener-Barrieren (SZB7601/SZB7602) – damit sofort normgerecht installierbar.

Wie erfolgt die Montage der Zener-Barrieren?

Die zwei mitgelieferten Zener-Barrieren (SZB7601/SZB7602) müssen exakt nach Anleitung installiert werden. Eine Vertauschung kann zu Fehlfunktionen führen. Montage immer außerhalb der Ex-Zone, Service durch befähigtes Fachpersonal empfohlen. Die Montage ist auf einer DIN-Schiene (Hut-Schiene) vorgesehen.

Welche Fühlerlängen und Varianten stehen zur Verfügung?

Zur Auswahl stehen F3.x Ex SIL1 Fühler mit Eintauchtiefen von 50, 130, 165, 300 mm. Standardmaterial vernickeltes MS58, optional auch Edelstahl oder Teflon. Kabellänge ab Werk 2,5 m, auf Wunsch bis 30 m möglich.

Wie wird ein Fehler am Sensor erkannt?

Bei Sensorbruch oder Sensorkurzschluss fällt das Sicherheitsrelais ab. So kann eine sichere Abschaltung oder Störungsanzeige in der Anlagensteuerung ausgelöst werden.

Welche Wartungsintervalle sind zu berücksichtigen?

Laut IEC 60079-17 wird monatlich eine Sichtprüfung, alle 6 Monate eine Nahprüfung und jährlich eine Detailprüfung empfohlen. Reinigung der Sensoren nur mit lauwarmer Seifenlauge, keine scharfen Werkzeuge verwenden.

Was sind typische Anwendungen für das Gerät?

Überwachung von Abluft/Lüftung in ATEX-relevanten Bereichen, Absauganlagen, Labor- und Prozesstechnik, Klimatechnik und überall dort, wo Luftströme in potentiell explosionsfähiger Atmosphäre sicher detektiert werden müssen.
