Was ist der Unterschied zwischen F8 250°C (Standard) und F8 250°C SIL1?

F8 250°C Standard ist nur für Hochtemperatur-Messung (keine Sicherheit). F8 250°C SIL1 ist exida-zertifiziert nach IEC 61508 mit Performance Level c – notwendig für sicherheitskritische Prozesse.

Warum muss ich NLSW®45-6 SIL1 (und nicht Standard NLSW®45-6) verwenden?

Kritisch! NLSW®45-6 SIL1 ist ebenfalls exida-zertifiziert. Standard NLSW®45-6 hat keine Sicherheitszertifizierung – kombiniert mit F8 SIL1 = Zertifizierungsverlust! Falsche Kombination bricht SIL1-Zertifikat.

Warum ist F8 250°C SIL1 günstiger als F8 400°C SIL2Kann ich F8 250°C SIL1 mit NLSW®45-6.1 betreiben?

Nein. NLSW®45-6.1 ist für F8 400°C konzipiert. F8 250°C SIL1 funktioniert mit NLSW®45-6 SIL1 (max. 250°C).

Brauche ich bei F8 250°C SIL1 Redundanz (2 Sensoren)?

Nein. SIL1 = Single-Channel ohne Redundanzanforderung. Nur 1 Sensor reicht. Für höhere Sicherheit (SIL2) benötigen Sie 2 redundante Sensoren (F8 250°C + F8 250°C zusammen).

Kann ich F8 250°C SIL1 auch in niedrigen Temperaturen (-20°C) sicher einsetzen?

Ja, vollständig. F8 250°C SIL1 ist von -20 bis +250°C einsetzbar. SIL1-Zertifizierung gilt über den gesamten Temperaturbereich. Der untere Bereich (-20 … +20°C) ist ideal für Außenlufteintritts- oder Vorwärm-Sicherheitsmessungen.

Wie oft muss F8 250°C SIL1 gewartet/kalibriert werden?

Regelmäßige Reinigung in handwarmer Seifenlauge (ca. 10 Min.). Zusätzlich: Jährliche TÜV-Fertigungsüberwachung erforderlich (SIL1-Zertifikat aufrechterhalten). In aggressiven Hochtemperatur-Abgasen: 6-Monats-Intervall empfohlen.
