Was ist der Unterschied zwischen F3 Standard und F3 SIL1?

Messtechnisch sind beide identisch (kalorimetrisches Prinzip, -25–120°C, 0,1–30 m/s). Der Unterschied liegt in der Zertifizierung: F3 SIL1 ist exida-zertifiziert nach IEC 61508 SIL1 (Performance Level c nach EN ISO 13849-1) und unterliegt jährlicher TÜV NORD Fertigungsüberwachung – notwendig für sicherheitskritische Anwendungen.

Was bedeutet "Performance Level c"?

Performance Level c (PL c) nach EN ISO 13849-1 bedeutet, dass gefährliche Fehler des Sensors vor Systemausfall erkannt werden. Bei Sensorfehler (Bruch/Kurzschluss) signalisiert der Sensor sofort an die Auswerteeinheit – die Sicherheitsfunktion bleibt erhalten.

Warum ist nur ein Sensor bei SIL1 erforderlich?

SIL1 = Single-Channel-Architektur ohne Redundanzanforderung. Eine zweite, redundante Sensormessung ist nicht nötig (dies ist nur bei SIL2 erforderlich). F3 SIL1 erkennt aber jeden Fehler und meldet ihn zuverlässig.

Welche Eintauchtiefen sind verfügbar?

6 Bauformen: F3 SIL1/50 (50 mm), F3 SIL1/130 (130 mm), F3 SIL1/165 (165 mm), F3 SIL1/300 (300 mm), F3 SIL1VA/400 (400 mm), F3 SIL1VA/500 (500 mm). Sonderlängen auf Anfrage. Längen >300 mm nur in VA möglich.

Mit welcher Auswerteeinheit wird der F3 SIL1 betrieben?

Der F3 SIL1 wird mit der NLSW®45-3 SIL1 Auswerteeinheit kombiniert (Single-Channel). Optional gibt es auch die NLSW®45-3 Ex SIL1 für ATEX-Zonen 1/2 mit zwei mitgelieferten Zener-Barrieren. Beide Auswerteeinheiten sind ebenfalls exida SIL1-zertifiziert. Varianten mit zusätzlichem Analogausgang und SIL1 sind ebenfalls erhältlich.

Wie wird der F3 SIL1 gewartet?

Regelmäßige Reinigung mit handwarmer Seifenlauge (ca. 10 Min. einweichen), anschließend mit handwarmem Wasser abspülen und mindestens 24 Stunden trocknen lassen. Niemals scharfe Werkzeuge verwenden! Nach Wartung neuen Abgleich mit Auswerteeinheit vornehmen.

Ist eine Kabelverlängerung möglich?

Ja, das Standardkabel 2,5 m ist bis 50m verlängerbar.

Warum ist die jährliche TÜV-Überwachung wichtig?

Nach der Initialzertifizierung durch exida unterliegt der F3 SIL1 einer jährlichen Fertigungsüberwachung durch TÜV NORD. Dies gewährleistet, dass alle produzierten Sensoren weiterhin die SIL1-Standards erfüllen und sicherheitskritische Anforderungen eingehalten werden.
