230-V ventilation controller for BMS applications—the VCH-1212-P is designed for building projects such as apartment buildings and controls exhaust air systems and roof fans based on pressure.

Constant-pressure control via a pressure transmitter – in combination with an external pressure sensor, the controller automatically adjusts motor power to ensure stable air pressure in the duct system.

0–10 V control for motors and drives – ideal for controlling EC motors or compatible frequency/motor drives, such as those from the OJ-DV series.
