Was ist der Unterschied zwischen NLSW45-6.1 Standard und SIL-Versionen?

Die Standard-Version benötigt nur einen F8/400°C-Sensor und hat keine SIL-Zertifizierung. SIL1 erreicht Performance Level c, SIL2 verwendet 2 redundante Sensoren für Performance Level d. Standard ist die günstigste Lösung für unkritische 400°C-Anwendungen.

Welche F8/400°C-Sensoren sind verfügbar?

F8 bis F8.5/400°C mit Eintauchtiefen von 50, 130, 165, 300, 400 und 500 mm. Material: Edelstahl V4A, Prozessanschluss PG7, für extreme Temperaturen bis 400°C ausgelegt. Einzelsensoren für kostengünstige Lösungen. Standardkabellänge 2,5 m (erweiterbar bis 20 m).

Warum ist der Messbereich bei 400°C reduziert?

Bei extremen Temperaturen bis 400°C ist der Messbereich auf 0,1–20 m/s begrenzt (vs. 30 m/s bei 250°C). Dies gewährleistet präzise Messung auch unter härtesten thermischen Bedingungen in Industrieöfen und Trocknungsanlagen.

Für welche Anwendungen ist die Standard-Version geeignet?

Ideal für unkritische Industrieöfen, Granulat-/Trocknungsanlagen, Thermoprozesstechnik und Oberflächentechnik ohne Sicherheitsanforderungen. Überall wo heiße Gase bis 400°C kostengünstig überwacht werden müssen.

Warum ist Schaltschrankeinbau erforderlich?

Das Gerät hat Schutzart IP40 (Gehäuse) und IP20 (Klemmen), daher ist ein Schaltschrank erforderlich. Die DIN-Schienen-Montage ermöglicht einfache Installation. Normgehäuse N45 (120×45×73 mm) für platzsparende Montage.

Welche Einbauhinweise sind bei 400°C zu beachten?

Sensor in Rohrmitte platzieren, 5×D Einlaufstrecke und 3×D Auslaufstrecke einhalten. Bei horizontalen Rohren seitlicher Einbau empfohlen gegen Ablagerungen. Markierung am Fühler in Strömungsrichtung ausrichten.

Ist eine Kabelverlängerung möglich?

Ja, bis 20 m mit mindestens 1,5 mm² Querschnitt. Bei Hochtemperatur-Anwendungen ist die Kabellänge begrenzt für störungsfreie Signalübertragung. Bei EMV-Belastung mit anderen Leitungen Abschirmung empfohlen.

Wie wird das 400°C Gerät gewartet?

Regelmäßige Sichtprüfung, Sensorreinigung mit lauwarmer Seifenlauge (niemals scharfe Werkzeuge!). Bei 400°C-Dauerbetrieb häufigere Kontrollen empfohlen. Nach Reinigung Schaltpunkt überprüfen und nachjustieren falls nötig.
