About the role
As Head of Sales (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping the future of our sales department. With energy, passion and strategic vision, you will take responsibility for the expansion of our market position and the sustainable further development of our sales organization. SEIKOM Electronic is already one of the fastest growing companies in the industry. You will build on high double-digit growth and develop a modern, well-structured sales machine together with the management.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the entire sales area: development, implementation and continuous optimization of our sales strategy
- Responsibility for sales and results, analyzing KPIs and deriving specific measures
- Acquiring new customers and strengthening ties with long-standing key accounts
- Building a scalable sales machine with clear processes, playbooks, KPI-supported management and modern CRM tools
- Customer focus as an integral part of our DNA
- Leading and motivating the team by example, competence and inspiration
- Managing direct and channel sales with OEMs, project customers, trade customers and craftsmen in the DACH region
- Active involvement in shaping international expansion
- Driving forward the digital sales journey with our agency partners: from SEO and SEA to the modern digital sales journey
Your profile
- Several years of experience in B2B sales of technical products requiring explanation in a managerial role
- Success in building and scaling a B2B sales organization
- Sound knowledge of key account management and key account management
- Routine in dealing with modern CRM/ERP systems and data-driven sales controlling
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills in German and English and willingness to travel in the DACH region
- Basic technical understanding to translate complex issues into customer benefits
