Was ist der Unterschied zwischen NLSW45-6 und NLSW45-6.1?

NLSW45-6 SIL2 überwacht bis 250°C mit 0,1 ... 30 m/s Messbereich. NLSW45-6.1 SIL2 ist für extreme Temperaturen bis 400°C ausgelegt, hat aber reduzierten Messbereich (0,1 ... 20 m/s).

Welche F8 400°C-Sensoren sind verfügbar?

F8 bis F8.5 SIL2 400°C mit Eintauchtiefen von 50, 130, 165, 300, 400 und 500mm. Material: Edelstahl V4A, Prozessanschluss PG7, IP50. Jeder Sensor für seinen spezifischen Kanal kalibriert (nicht vertauschbar!).

Was sind die Besonderheiten bei 400°C-Anwendungen?

Reduzierter Temperaturgradient (max. 20 K/min), längere Startzeit (bis 60s bei extremen Bedingungen). Spezielle Wartungsintervalle nach IEC 60079-17 für Hochtemperatur-Umgebungen.

Für welche Normen ist das Gerät ausgelegt?

Speziell für DIN EN1539 (Öfen und Kühleinrichtungen), DIN57100 Teil 420 (Heizregister), IEC 61508 SIL2. TÜV NORD geprüft nach DIN EN 61010-1:2011-07. Performance Level d nach EN ISO 13849-1.

Wie werden beide Sensoren im Heißgasbereich positioniert?

Mindestens 3×D Abstand zwischen beiden F8 400°C-Sensoren, 5×D Einlaufstrecke, 3×D Auslaufstrecke. Bei horizontalen Rohren seitlicher Einbau empfohlen (gegen Ablagerungen). Markierung in Strömungsrichtung ausrichten.

Was passiert bei Sensorausfall im Hochtemperaturbereich?

Bei Fühlerbruch oder -kurzschluss fällt das entsprechende Relais sofort ab. Der zweite Kanal arbeitet unabhängig weiter und gewährleistet SIL2-konforme Sicherheitsfunktion auch bei extremen Temperaturen bis 400°C.

Welche Wartung ist bei 400°C-Anwendungen erforderlich?

Monatliche Sichtprüfung, halbjährliche Nahprüfung, jährliche Detailprüfung nach IEC 60079-17. Sensorreinigung nur mit lauwarmer Seifenlauge, niemals scharfe Werkzeuge. Nach Reinigung Kalibrierung überprüfen.

Warum IP67 statt IP40 bei anderen Modellen?

Hochtemperatur-Anwendungen erfordern erhöhten Schutz gegen Staub und Feuchtigkeit. IP67 gewährleistet Dichtheit auch bei thermischen Ausdehnungen und extremen Bedingungen in Industrieöfen und Trocknungsanlagen.
