Was ist das kalorimetrische Messprinzip beim F3 Sensor?

Der F3 nutzt das kalorimetrische (thermische) Prinzip: Ein beheiztes Sensorelement wird von der strömenden Luft gekühlt. Die Temperaturdifferenz zwischen beheiztem Element und Medium ist proportional zur Strömungsgeschwindigkeit und ermöglicht präzise Massenluftstrommessung ohne bewegliche Teile.

Welche Eintauchtiefen sind verfügbar?

6 Bauformen: F3/50 (50 mm), F3/130 (130 mm), F3/165 (165 mm), F3/300 (300 mm), F3VA/400 (400 mm), F3VA/500 (500 mm). Empfohlen wird Einschraubadapter (Art. 80404) ab 130 mm für variable Eintauchtiefe und einfache Reinigung.

Welche Prozessanschlüsse sind möglich?

Standard PG7-Gewinde. Optional per Reduzierstück: G1/2-Zoll (Art. 80399), M16×1,5 (Art. 80403), M20×1,5 (Art. 80402). Alternativ Montage per Montageflansch (Art. 79781/10) oder Einschraubadapter (Art. 80404).

Wie wird der F3 Sensor korrekt eingebaut?

Sensor nur über Sechskant einschrauben, einbaulageunabhängig. Kleine Einkerbung am Sensor in Strömungsrichtung ausrichten. Sensorspitze möglichst in Rohrmitte. Mindestens 5×D Einlaufstrecke, 3×D Auslaufstrecke. Bei vertikalen Rohren (<1 m/s) Strömung von unten nach oben bevorzugt.

Ist eine Kabelverlängerung möglich?

Ja, Standardkabel 2,5 m, ist bis 50 m verlängerbar. bitte anfragen.

Welche Materialvarianten gibt es?

Standard: MS58 vernickelt (korrosionsbeständig, wirtschaftlich). Optional: Edelstahl V4A (für aggressive Medien, Pharma, Lebensmittel) ab > 300 mm nur VA möglich. Beide Varianten mit identischer Leistung, IP67, 10 bar Druckfestigkeit.

Wie wird der Sensor gewartet?

1) Sensor demontieren, 2) In handwarmer Seifenlauge ca. 10 Min. einlegen, 3) Mit handwarmem Wasser abspülen, 4) Mindestens 24 Stunden trocknen lassen, 5) In trockenem Zustand montieren, 6) Neuen Abgleich mit Auswerteeinheit vornehmen. Niemals scharfe Werkzeuge verwenden!

Mit welchen Auswerteeinheiten ist der F3 kompatibel?
